Cabbage Roll Casserole

1lb Reg Hamburger beef

1 onion

1tsp salt

Dash pepper

Garlic powder

1 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce

6 cans tomato soup

2-3 cups water

2 Cups minute Rice (10 servings)

3-4 Cups coarsely chopped cabbage (cooked)

Grated Cheddar Cheese ( 1block)


Brown hamburger, Add onions, salt, pepper, garlic and Worcestershire sauce. Cook until golden brown, drain excess fat. Stir in soup, water and rice.

Place cooked cabbage in a casserole dish. Pour meat mixture over cabbage. Top with Cheese. Bake at 325F for 1 hour
